Hosting
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (support.github.com). It consists of static pages: nothing is executed on the server and there is no database.
Intellectual property
The text, visual identity, logo and structure of this site belong to CIA. Any reproduction, even partial, requires our written permission. Names and trademarks quoted belong to their respective owners. The municipalities named in the principal’s track record are named for positions he held there.
The photographs and the home page video belong to CIA. The video is an animation made from the site’s photograph with an image generation tool. The portrait is a studio photograph, with no alteration of the subject’s features.

What the form does, and does not do
Our contact form sends nothing to a server. Your message is composed in your own browser and then handed to your mail application or to WhatsApp, at your decision. Until you send it yourself, we receive nothing.

- Richard JOIGNY and, where your file requires it, the relevant specialists of the firm. Our mail is hosted by Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) within the European Union. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on for marketing.
- Retention
- Three years from our last exchange for business contacts. Once an engagement begins, statutory periods apply: ten years for accounting records under article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to direction@ciagroupe.com and we answer within one month. You may also complain to the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 (cnil.fr).
- Outside the EU
- The site is hosted in the United States. Like any host, GitHub logs connection IP addresses for technical and security purposes, under its own privacy statement. We have no access to those logs.
The WhatsApp button
If you choose to write by WhatsApp, you open a service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, governed by that service’s terms. Email and telephone remain available.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies, uses no trackers and measures no audience. Fonts and video are served from the site itself. That is why no consent banner is shown.
